When using the Map, you can also visualize your records in a list, allowing you to scroll down through the data and seeing what records are in view on that Map at a given time
To access the View list:
- Go to “Map” at the top navigation menu
- Click on “Open List” at the top right
The total number of records in view will be displayed both on the top of the List and at the bottom of the Map

Pin Fields
Pinning Fields allows you to highlight the fields and information most important to you when you click into a record on the map or view them in the Open Map List. This can include standard information like record Owner or your most important Custom Fields such as Sales Tier.
To select pinned fields:
- Click the three dots at the top of the list
- Click “Pinned Field”
- Select “Add another field”
Pick and order fields to display on pin and list previews. As an organization owner, you can select fields to display to your entire organization, certain teams, or keep them private to you. - Hold and drag the field to the desired section
- Select the field type to preview from the drop-down menu
Note: Hide or show action buttons that display at the bottom of the record preview by using the "Quick Actions" check box - Changes will be automatically saved, so click on the “X” at the top right to return to the previous page
You will now be able to view the fields underneath the record name
Pinned Fields can also be viewed when clicking the pin on the map
To Quick Export data from the Map:
- Click the three dots at the top of the list
- Click “Quick Export”
- All records currently visible in the List View side panel (in the above screenshot 9 records) will be downloaded into an csv file directly into your web browser
