Records in View list

When using the Map, you can also visualize your records in a list, allowing you to scroll down through the data and seeing what records are in view on that Map at a given time

To access the View list:

1. Go to “Map” at the top navigation menu
2. Click on “Open List” at the top right
   

The total number of records in view will be displayed both on the top of the List and at the bottom of the Map

Click into individual rows to open up the Record View on the right side panel. Learn more about Record View here. 

Select the ellipsis (...) button to open the menu dropdown of different ways to interact with the Map List View

Use the Sort option to decide if the Map List should be ordered by date last modified, date created, date of last done activity, date of next activity, distance from a specified location or alphabetically

Note: Pinned Field set up previously existed in Map List View menu dropdown - this option will now redirect you to the new Pinned Field setup within the Web Settings

To Quick Export data from the Map:

1. Click the three dots at the top of the list
2. Click “Download”
   
   
3. Use the popup to determine which fields / columns of data you would like included in your download
   
   
4. All records currently visible in the List View side panel (in the above screenshot 18 records) will be downloaded into an csv file directly into your web browser
