To access the Exports Tab:
- Click the “Reports” tab in the Navigation Bar.
- At the top of the page are tabs for each of the different report pages. Click on the “Exports” tab
To create an Export:
- Click “Create Export” and choose between Companies, People, Deals, or Activities. You can only export via a single object at a time. Company and People address information can be included on Deal and Activities exports.
- To help you understand what your Export contains, give it a name and description.
- Customize your Export to pull the data you want by clicking on the Columns icon to the left of the Save Export button. You can select the fields you need to be pulled into your Export by clicking the checkboxes and excluding the fields, you do not want
- Apply any necessary Filters so that your export is tailored to your specific needs
- For example, if you want to create an Export on Activities for a specific quarter or time period, you could create an Activity Export and add a Filter for Date created between a specified date range
5. After you have selected your fields and applied Filters, click “Save Export”
To edit Exports:
- Click on the row of the Export you would like to edit - this will open the Export table
- Click “Columns” and check off any additional fields you want to add or deselect existing fields
- Click “Filters” to modify, remove or add any filters
- Click "Save Export" to save your changes
To rename Exports:
- Click on the row of the Export you would like to rename
- Change the name under "Export Name"
- Click "Save Export" to save your changes
To change the description of Exports:
- Click on the row of the Export you would like to edit
- Change the description under "Export Description"
- Click "Save Export" to save your changes
To change the Filters:
- Click on the row of the Export you would like to edit
- Select the "Filters" button
- Adjust the Filters accordingly
- Click “Add Filter” to layer another filter on top of a filter that is already applied
- Updated/added Filters will automatically apply to the Export as they are edited
- Click "Save Export" to save your changes

To delete an Export:
- Select the “Actions” drop-down to the right of the Export you would like to delete
- Click the "Delete Export" from the drop-down
You can easily download Exports to save or share with your team. To get started, navigate to Reports from the Navigation Menu.
To Export / Download:
- Select the “Actions” drop-down to the right of the Export you would like to export
- Click the "Quick send export" from the drop-down
- The file will automatically be sent to your Email. Be sure to check your spam inbox for the Export if you do not see it in your normal inbox
To Schedule an Export:
- Select the “Actions” drop-down to the right of the Export you would like to schedule
- Select the date and time, the frequency of the export, and the recipients of the scheduled export (Note: Recipients can exist outside of the MMC organization)
- Note: Recipients can exist outside of the MMC organization and scheduled Reports will include only information that has been added since the last export was run
For example, if an Activity Export is set to run daily at 7 pm, Tuesday’s report will include all the Activities logged or modified between Monday at 7 pm - Tuesday at 6:59 pm.
You will be emailed a CSV file with all of your data within the specified date range set by your Filters. This can take a few hours during peak times.
You can see all of your previously downloaded Exports by selecting the "Downloaded" tab.
