The Stack Rank displays a vertical list of all reps within a team, usually ranked in order based on a certain ranking metric like number of Check-ins or new companies added. The Stack Rank on the Home Screen provides a more easily accessible experience to the Stack Rank in the Reports section
The Stack Rank can be configured by:
- Selecting Time Range: Using the calendar date selector - choose whether you would like to see data for a specific Week, Month, Quarter or a Custom selected time range

- Sort by ranking
- Sort ABC

Selecting Ranking Metric
- Activities Done: Total Activities marked complete during the selected time range
- Check-ins: Total Check-ins created during the selected time range
- Companies Added: Total newly created Company records during the selected time range
- Deals Added: Total newly created Deal records during the selected time range
- Deals Lost: Total # of Deals moved to the Closed Lost stage during the selected time range
- Deals Rotting: Total number of Deals that have been in a stage longer than the rot limit and are / were considered rotting at the end of the selected time range
- Deals Won: Total # of Deals moved to the Closed Won stage during the selected time range
- New Pipeline: Total aggregated Deal Amounts added within the selected time range
- People Added: Total newly created People records during the selected time range
- Revenue Lost: Total aggregated Deal Amounts marked as stage Closed Lost within the selected time range
- Revenue Won: Total aggregated Deal Amounts marked as stage Closed Won within the selected time range
- Routes Added: Total # of Routes created during the selected time range (Note: Deleted Routes will not count toward this metric)
- Verified Check-ins: Total Check-ins created during the selected time range that are verified (Check-ins are considered verified when they are created within the approved distance from the associated record when out in the field)

Filters: Filters are specific to each ranking metric, but often include simple filters like Source or Activity Type
- Source will allow you to Filter out records created via Integrations or Imports to focus in on Activities or Companies created via MMC
- Activity Type will let you Filter out specific interaction types like Emails or Tasks that could be skewing reporting on focus Activities such as Visits or Calls
- Full Screen: Here, you can access a full table view of the Stack Rank, which boasts columns for each ranking metric and is fully exportable
- Use the Calendar Icon to change the select date range of the Full Screen Stack Rank
- Use the pill shaped Filter icons to select Specific Teams to focus into
- Use the open book icon to add or remove columns from the Full Screen Stack Rank
- Use the download icon to create a spreadsheet version of the Stack Rank inclusive of Filters and column selections made
- Use the compare users vs teams toggle to change the grouping of data in the Full Screen Stack Rank
On the home screen, the Stack Rank also serves as the navigation. If you click into a user or team, you’ll see Dashboards or Timelines only within that scope. Click here to learn more about Viewing Dashboards or Timelines.
