The Dashboard view is a configurable grid of reports and charts. It provides an overview of relevant data for both individual users and whole teams.
Create a new chart by clicking on the plus button at the bottom right corner of the screen:
Select and preview a chart type before adding it to the dashboard
Types of Charts
- Tracker
- Shows a line graph of selected value (Check-ins, Companies, People, Deals, Activities) created over time
- For example, “Check-ins this Week” or “New Records this Quarter’
- Monitor
- Shows a count of all records that meet selected criteria
- For example, Companies Past Due or People with no contact yet
- Map / List
- Shows a list or mini map of records that meet selected criteria
- For example, records out of frequency
After selecting the chart type, you can configure it based on:
- Chart Criteria
- Specify Filters for data to be shown on the chart such as data Source or Activity Types
- Time Range
- Specify the time period from which data is displayed on the chart inclusive of current or previous day, week, month, quarter or year
- Preferences
- Show or hide the:
- Chart line - Line graph displaying trend over time in addition to the raw number value
- Rank position - Specific to the Team or Individual Dashboard, see the user or team’s stack rank position for the metric
- Verified Breakdown - Specific to Check-in charts, see a pie chart that breaks down verified check-ins versus un-verified check-ins
- Trend - % change up or down from the previous period
- Show or hide the:
- Goal
- Set a goal to be displayed with the chart
Note: Goals can be set equally amongst all Team Members within a Team or can be individually determined using the "Also set a goal for each team member" toggle where applicable
There are two types of goals:
- Goals within Trackers: Goals are displayed as a progress bar and are expected to be met by the end of the period
- Goals within Monitors: Goals are displayed as a threshold, a maximum of records that should meet such criteria
Click the ellipsis menu on a chart to:
- View the chart's data in a table and be able to quick Export if needed
- Edit the chart
- Remove the chart from the Dashboard view
