Timeline View on the Home Screen

The Timeline is a list of recent actions within your team or an individual user. Access the timeline view by selecting the Timeline tab in the top left corner of the Home Screen Dashboard

Actions displayed within the timeline include Check-ins, Activities, Mentions, New Records, Routes, and Deals.

The Timeline can be configured by:

1. Quick Filters: Filter the timeline for only a specific type of action
2. Scroll To: Quickly scroll to a specific date in the timeline
3. Collapse / Expand: Choose to see more or less details about each row 
4. Filter Menu: Show or hide different types of actions in the timeline
