Accidents happen! If you have unintentionally deleted any records (Companies, People, Deals or Activities), you will have up to 90 days to restore these records via Restorable Records
To access Restorable Records:
- Go to Settings by clicking on the Gear Icon
- Go to “Restorable Records” within the Data section on the left side menu
To review Restorable Records:
- Use the record type tabs at the top of the table to flip through the Company, People, Deal or Activity records that have been deleted in the last 90 days

- Following the standard permissions model - Team Owners will be able to access and restore ALL records deleted across the organization, Team Managers will be able to access and restore records deleted by themselves or any users on their Team, Team Members will be able to access and restore any records they personally have deleted

- Within the table - see relevant information about the records that have been deleted such as:

- Name and Address
- The deletion source: MMC Web application, MMC Mobile application, CRM integration or Public API
- Who deleted the record if via MMC Web or Mobile
- When the record was deleted
- How many days left to restore the record

- The Date Range at the top of the table will let you know what 90 day period is being looked at for Restorable Records
- The Search Bar will allow you to look for a specific record that you would like to restore
To restore deleted records:
- To restore an individual record - click the blue arrow on the right side of the record you would like to restore into your MMC database

- After clicking the arrow - confirm by hitting “Restore” in the “Are you sure?” popup
- After clicking the arrow - confirm by hitting “Restore” in the “Are you sure?” popup

- To restore multiple records at once - use the check boxes on the left side of the table to select the records you would like to restore into your MMC database. Then hit the blue Restore button at the top of the table

- After selecting the blue Restore button- confirm by hitting “Restore” in the “Are you sure?” popup
- After selecting the blue Restore button- confirm by hitting “Restore” in the “Are you sure?” popup

Note: When restoring a record - all previous associations (i.e. Company associated to the deleted Activity) will be restored as well provided that those associated records are not also deleted
