The dashboard gives you an instant overview of your team’s activity, deals and recent work from a birds’-eye view. Visualize key metrics so your team can better understand how to win.
At the very top of the dashboard, you’ll be welcomed by four quick links to key parts of the application:
- View Reports: Go to Reports to see even more detailed visualizations of activity and deal progress
- Track Activities: Access your entire team’s activity, both future, and past
- See Deals: Manage and study your team’s deals and funnels
- Manage Team: Access permissions and edit users with team management
On your Dashboard, you’ll find the following charts:
- Daily Change
- Open Deals
- Activity Overview
- Today's Activities
- Activities by Rep
- Activities by Type
- Records over cadence
- Deals
- Rotting Deals
- Records by Source
- Recently Added Companies
The Daily Change chart visualizes the raw number of:
- Completed Activities
- Companies Added
- People Added
- Deals Added
- Or Revenue Closed Won
To adjust your Daily Change chart:
- To look at the daily metrics for a specific user click and select “Select Users”
- To change which metric you view, select “Metric”
- To adjust the number of days, select “Date Range”
The Open Deals map plots open deals for a given funnel as pins on a map.
To customize your Open Deals chart:
- To look at the deals for a specific user click and select “Select Users”
- To change which funnel you’re viewing, select “Funnel”
- All open funnel stages are represented by the legend at the bottom of the maps
Activity Overview is a quick visualization of key metrics within a given time period:
- Revenue Closed
- Activities Completed
- New Companies
- New People
- New Deals
- New Routes
To customize your Activity Overview chart:
- To look at the key metrics for a specific user click and select “Select Users”
- To adjust the time period, select “Date Range”
Today’s Activities is a list of activities scheduled for today.
- By default, completed activities are not shown. To show completed activities click the three dots and select “Show Completed”
- To look at the schedule for a specific user click and select “Select Users”
- To see more information about an activity, click on it in the list
- To see an upcoming or past day, use the date picker
Activities by Rep is a line chart of the number of activities created by users over time in a set time range.
To customize your Activities By Rep chart:
- To change the date range, click “Date Range” and select "Last 7", "Last 30", or "Last 90" days from the dropdown
- To add or remove reps from this view, click, select “Select Users”, and then select which users you would like to see on the chart
- To filter out activity types, click , select “Select Activity click "Types”, and then select which activity types you would like displayed
To customize your Activities By Type chart:
- To change the date range, click “Date Range” and select "Last 7", "Last 30", or "Last 90" days from the dropdown
- To add or remove reps from this view, click the three dots, select “Select Users”, and then select which users you would like to see on the chart
- To filter out activity types, click , select “Select Activity Types”, and then select which activity types you would like displayed
Records Over Cadence is a bar graph of the percentage or gross number of records that are falling out of Cadence.
To customize your Record Over Cadence Graph:
- To change which category of owner you view, select “By user”, “By team” or “By group” from the drop down menu
- To look at Records over Cadence owned by a specific user, click “Select User” and select a user from the dropdown
- To look at Records over Cadence owned by a specific record type, click “Select Record Types” and select ‘Companies’, ‘People’ or ‘Deals’ from the dropdown
- To look at Records over Cadence by Gross Number (not percentage), click the three dots and “Switch to Gross Number” from the dropdown
Deals is a pie chart of the deals in each of your funnels, segmented by stage.
To customize your Deals chart:
- To change funnels, click “Funnel” and select one from the dropdown
- To look at deals owned by a specific user, click “View by User” and select a user from the dropdown
Rotting Deals is a bar graph of the percentage or gross number of Deal records that are ‘rotting’ within their current stage. To learn more about Deal Rotting, see the Deals article.
To customize your Rotting Deals Graph:
- To change which category of owner you view, select “By user”, “By team”, “By stage” or “By funnel” from the drop-down menu
- To look at Records over Cadence owned by a specific user, select “By user” from the dropdown, click the three dots, choose “Select User” and select a user from the dropdown
- To look at Records over Cadence owned by a specific stage, select “By stage” from the dropdown, click the three dots, choose “Select Stage” and select the desired stage from the dropdown
- To look at Records over Cadence owned by a specific funnel, select “By funnel” from the dropdown, click the three dots, choose “Select Funnel” and select the desired funnel from the dropdown
- To look at Deals Rotting by Gross Number (not percentage), click the three dots and “Switch to Gross Number” from the dropdown
To view and customize at Records by Source:
This feature will allow you to see the source where the records were originally created, as well as the total number of records by source.
- To change the date range, click “Date Range” and select "Last 7", "Last 30", or "Last 90" days from the dropdown
- To look at Records added by a specific user, select “By user” from the dropdown, click the three dots, choose “Select User” and select a user from the dropdown
Recently Added Companies is a map of where the most recent companies have been added.
To customize your Recently Added Companies map:
- By default, you will see the 10 most recent companies. To change this number use the dropdown in the right-hand corner
- To look at companies added by specific users, click “View By User” and select a user from the dropdown
