You can manage your preferences related to Calendar Sync, Check-ins & Visits, Map Defaults, Activity Types, Offline Capabilities and Personal Settings.
Calendar Sync
Enable Calendar Sync to sync your Activities with your device calendar. Depending on the level of integration you want with your current calendar provider. You can select either a one-way or two-way sync. To learn more, head over to our Calendar Sync article.
Check-ins & Visits
The check-in feature allows you to quickly record a visit activity with a tap of a button. You can select whether check-ins are logged for a Company or Person. The check-in feature will search the closest location in your database.
Auto Activities include Auto Visits and Auto Reminders. To use Auto Activities, you can enable them from the Settings screen.
Map Defaults
You can customize your Navigation and Map preferences from Settings.
To set your default routing app:
- Tap the expandable Map Defaults section
- Tap on the ”Default Routing App” dropdown and choose between:
- Waze
- Google Maps
- Apple Maps
- Tap "Done"
To edit the pin-style:
- Tap the expandable Map Defaults section
- Tap "Pin" or "Circle" to choose between pins or circles for your marker icons on the map
- Tap "small" or "large" for marker size. Smaller sizes may be helpful if you have a lot of Leads or Records.
Activity Types
You can create and edit custom Activity Types from the Settings screen. To learn more, refer to the Activity Records article.
Offline Capabilities
You can enable Offline Capabilities via a toggle on the Settings screen. To read about this feature, please navigate to the Offline Capabilities Overview article.
Personal Settings
You can change the app’s language under your Personal settings. We currently support English, Spanish and Portuguese as language options
