You can manage your preferences related to Calendar Sync, Email Preferences, Check-ins & Visits, Map Defaults, Activity Types, Offline Capabilities and Personal Settings.
Calendar Sync
Enable Calendar Sync to sync your Activities with your device calendar. Depending on the level of integration you want with your calendar provider, you can select either a one-way or two-way sync. To learn more about setting up Calendar Sync, head over to our Calendar Sync article.
Email Preferences
Email Preferences allow you to configure settings such as the Signature, Sending Hours, Opens and Clicks preferences and more regarding the Bulk Email functionality. To learn more about mobile Email Preferences, head over to our Setting Up Bulk Email article.
Check-ins & Visits
The check-in feature allows you to quickly record an in-person activity with a tap of a button. Within Settings, you can select whether checking in on the home screen banner is prompted for Company records, People records, or both. The check-in banner will prompt the closest record location in your database based on the Company or Person selection made here.
Auto Visits offer the ability to automatically create Activities upon nearing a Company record address.
Note: This functionality requires location settings of "Always" sharing and is a Legacy feature. The MMC recommendation is to utilize the Check-in functionality
Map Defaults
Use the Map Defaults settings to determine your Routing app of choice when getting directions external of the MMC application
To set your default routing app:
- Tap the expandable Map Defaults section
- Tap on the ”Default Routing App” dropdown and choose between:
- Waze
- Google Maps
- Apple Maps
- Tap "Done"
Activity Types
You can create and edit custom Activity Types from the Settings page. To learn more, refer to the Activity Records article.
Offline Capabilities
You can enable Offline Capabilities via a toggle on the Settings screen. To read about this feature, please navigate to the Offline Capabilities Overview article.
Personal Settings
You can change the app’s language under your Personal settings. We currently support English, Spanish and Portuguese as language options
