Our Routing tool is central to the mobile app experience. Use optimized Routes to automate your planning and spend more time visiting prospects and closing deals.
To create a Route:
- Tap on "Routes" from the Navigation Menu
- Tap the blue plus button in the bottom right corner of the screen

Filters make it easier to narrow down which pins to select for your Route
- Tap the Filter icon inside the search bar and follow the instructions here to apply Filters to the Map when building your Route

Select pins to add to your Route

You can add pins to your Route by searching for them in the search bar, tapping on individual pins, or using our Lasso tool.

To use the Lasso tool, tap the wrench icon on the right side of the screen and select the lasso icon. Drag a circle around the desired pins you want to add to your Route

- You can also swipe the bottom list view up to see the records you have selected to be added to the Route

- After selecting your pins, tap the “Continue” button at the bottom of the screen
- A new screen appears prompting you to enter the route details
- Provide a Name and Starting / Ending location for your Route
- Select the Route Start Date and Time

Specify whether you would like to make an optimized Route or visit stops in order
- “Optimized” creates the quickest Route based on the minimal travel distance between stops
- "In Order” lets you manually choose how to structure your stops
- Indicate the allotted time for each stop

After you’ve provided all of this information, tap “Build New Route”. The MMC Route builder will then display the Route that has been created based on your selections.
Routes that are created in the mobile app will be accessible from the MMC Web application. Routes can be one-time use or re-ran again in the future. To learn more about Editing a Route after it has been created - please visit the Edit Routes article here.
