Filters on List View

It can be overwhelming to see all of your Companies, People, and Deals displayed on a list at once. Using Filters in List View helps you to visualize only the Records most relevant to you at the moment.

From the List View, you can apply and edit Filters via the “Filter" button on the left or using one of the quick filters on top

To show records within a certain distance of your current or desired location:

1. Select "Location" from the filter field
2. Use the slider to filter out pins outside of the desired radius (in miles) from your current location. You can also type or toggle to the desired radius
3. To change your location, type in any address or zip code  
4. Click “Apply” to see those changes applied to your list

To show records of certain groups:

1. Select “Groups” from the filter field
2. Choose whether you would like the filter to display records that are in any one of the selected groups or records that are in all of the selected groups:
• The “Pins in any” option will display all of the pins in each selected group
• The “Pins in all” option will display only pins that overlap in the multiple selected groups
3. Click "Select Groups" to choose the Groups you would like to filter by
4. This will automatically filter the list view in the background

To remove a Filter:

1. Open the filters applied
2. Click on the delete button on the right-hand side

Note: Hitting the blue “Add Rule” button will allow you to layer multiple filters on top of one another
