Activities are how you track your Reps' actions while out in the field. Activities can be used to track visits, phone calls, follow-ups, and much more.
Activity Records can be created manually from the Universal (+) button or the Add Activity option from the Home page. Users can choose whether their activities are public to their whole team or private.
Activities can also be associated with pre-existing Company, People, and Deal Records.
To access the Planner:
- Tab on “View Planner” from the Activity feed or tap "Activities" from the Navigation Menu.
- Tap and scroll down on the calendar view at the very top of your screen.
- Scroll through the planner to see your upcoming activities and smart suggestions.
To add Activities from Planner:
- Tab on “View Planner” from the Activity feed or tap "Activities" from the Navigation Menu.
- Select a date on which you want to add the activity.
- Tap into the grey “+” sign underneath the scheduled activities.
- Tap into “Add an activity” from the Quick Schedule panel.

Quick Schedule
This feature allows you to plan your week and keep track of any records that may need attention, such as:
- Records over cadence.
- Records with no recent contact.
- Rotting Deals.
You will also be able to:
- Find new leads.
- Review any Open to-dos or Activities not yet scheduled.
There are two ways to access Quick Schedule
To access Quick Schedule:
- Tab on “View Planner” from the Activity feed or tap "Activities" from the Navigation Menu.
- Tap into the grey “+” sign underneath the scheduled activities.
- Or tap into “Looks like you have extra time today” Smart Suggestion.
