The List view allows you to see and interact with a list of all your past, present, and future Activities; a detailed view of performance, and better insight into your day-to-day activities.
To Access List View:
- Select "Planner" from the Navigation Bar.
- Click on “List” in the top left corner.
Viewing & Editing Activities
Clicking activities on the List will open a pop-up modal that will allow you to view and edit your activities in addition to details such as the name of the activity, associated records, files, notes, and custom fields.
Bulk Edits
Bulk edits can be made by selecting multiple activities and selecting an option from the bulk edit bar. The bulk edit buttons will appear when selecting more than one activity.
Here you will be able to bulk change Activity status to completed, change the Assignee, postpone the due date and more.
Note: Deleting activities will require confirmation
Quick Edits
The Activity List View allows you to view and edit existing notes quickly by clicking on the View Note button. You can also add notes by clicking on the Add Note button.
The Date column shows the date of the activity and the last modified date when applicable. A red date will indicate whether the activity is overdue. To change a date, click on the date, enter a new date, and save.
Easily postpone the date of an activity to a later time by clicking on the Postpone button and selecting an option.
The Activity List View will show the activity status (Done or not Done). To mark activities as complete, click on the Mark Done button. Unclick to return to Incomplete status.
Activities can be duplicated or deleted by clicking on the three dots on the right column of the activity. Duplication will create the same activity, which you can edit before saving. Deleting activities requires confirmation and cannot be undone!
Searching, Filtering, and Sorting the List View
To search for an Activity, use the search bar on the top left of your screen. You can type the name of the Activity or the associated Company record.
Filtering Activities
You can apply Filters to your list by clicking on “Filter” next to the search bar. This will allow you to add multiple rules simultaneously to personalize your view.
Save frequently used filters by clicking on the “Save this filter” button. This allows you to reuse your filtering options on your next visit easily.
Additional filtering options include Activity Type, Assignee, and Status, located at the top right of the Activity List View.
If you are a manager with direct reports, you can select one or more of your members from the Assignee filter bar. This will filter your list by the Activity assignee.
You can also filter the list using the Status dropdown to select Overdue, Upcoming, Completed, Not Scheduled, or Any status.

The icons refer to our default activity types listed below, or you may select your custom activity types using clicking on the three dots at the right.
- Visit
- Call
- Meeting
- Lunch
- Task
- Text
Sorting the List View
In addition to filtering your list, you can also sort by clicking on the Modified at the button. You can sort your list by date or direction.
- Sort by criteria:
- Date Created
- Date modified
- Due date
- Date Done
- Sort by direction:
- Most recently modified
- Least recently modified
Exporting the List View
Using the download icon in the upper right corner of the List View, quickly pull all Activities into an Excel / csv file. This download will include all Activities in view based on the Filters currently applied to the List. Upon selecting the download icon, you will be able to select the desired data columns to include in the export:
