Accessing Record View from the Map

To access your records from the Map: 

1. Go to the "Map" tab at the bottom navigation bar
2. Tap on a pin

You’ll see preview details of the record and quick actions available to interact with.

Quick Actions:

• Check-in - Alternative option the home screen / Route page buttons to add a Check-in to the selected record  
• Street View - Go to Google Maps street view to check out the record location before arrival
• Manage Frequencies - Quickly add, remove or edit a Frequency associated with this record 
• Manage Relationships - Quickly make or edit associations such as People, Deals and Parent / Child relationships (depending on the record type) 
• Text - Redirect out to device to send a Text and quickly log the MMC Activity in one button 
• Call - Redirect out to device to make a Call and quickly log the MMC Activity in one button
• Email - Redirect out to device to send an Email and quickly log the MMC Activity in one button
• Directions - Get directions via Google, Apple or Waze Maps to the address on the record 
• Add Activity - Quickly log a manual Activity / use the button to schedule follow up Activities
• Quick Edit - Easily edit details of the record include standard or custom information 
• Find Leads Nearby - Easily run a Lead Finder search around the selected record 
• Add Note - Add a record level note to the record 
• Manage Routes - Quickly add, remove or edit Routes associated with this record 
• Manage Groups - Quickly add, remove or edit Groups associated with this record 
• Delete - Delete selected record provided these permissions are accessible / turned on 

To view more details of the record:

Tap the name of the Company, Person, or Deal record and drag the pop up to the top of the screen to open up the full Record View.

There are three different tabs on the Record view:

• Activities: 
• View all historic Activities logged by any user with access to this record or add new Activities
• View and Add Notes and Files associated with this record
• Relationships: 
• View associated records such as People linked to the Company or Parent / Child relationships
• Access Groups or Routes assigned to this record
• Details: 
• General details such as phone number, email, website
• Address details 
• Custom fields that are specific to your team
