Smart Planner helps field sales reps book each day with the highest priority. Smart Planner allows you to proactively create daily action plans for yourself or your sales team or review historic Activities that were logged over the course of the day
Viewing activities
To view activities in the planner:
- Tap on “Activities” on the bottom right of the main navigation menu. This will bring you to the Activities Planner View where you will see a list of all of your activities due or completed today in a calendar format
- Tap into the individual activities and perform the following actions:
- Mark activity as complete
- Postpone activity
- Open associated Company or Person record
- Delete activity
- Add a note
To change the day of your planner:
- Tap on “Activities” via the main navigation menu
- Swipe down the calendar at the top of the page
- Select the date you wish to view on your planner
Tip: A blue dot beneath the date indicates there are Activities logged on this day
The planner will offer smart suggestions when applicable. To learn more about Smart Suggestions click here
Viewing activities on the map
To view your planner activities as pins on a map:
- Tap on “Activities” via the main navigation menu
- Tap on “View this week on a map” at the bottom of your screen. This will bring you to a map view of companies, people, and deals associated with these activities
To return back to planner view:
- From the map view tap the green banner “Records with activities this week”
- This will bring you back to the Planner view of all your activities
