Map Actions 

Map Actions allows you to interact with the Map. Tap on the wrench icon on the bottom right of the Map to access the Map Actions.

The Lasso Tool

You can use this feature to select multiple records by drawing and circling records on the Map.

To use The Lasso Tool:

1. Tap the “Map” icon on the bottom navigation bar to open the Map view.
2. Tap on the wrench icon located at the right bottom of the Map.
3. Tap on the “Lasso” icon.
   
   
   
   
4. Draw a circle around the records you want to select.

Once the perimeter is drawn, you can:

• Create route using selected pins.
• Add pins to existing routes.
• Add pins to groups.
• Change color of pins
• Delete pins.

Searching for New Leads

Lead Finder allows you to search for new Companies based on keyword searches. For example: searching for ‘Hospital” will display on the map all hospitals nearby.

To access Lead Finder:

1. Tap on the “Map” icon on the bottom navigation bar to open the Map view.
2. Tap on the wrench icon located at the right bottom.
3. Tap on the “Magnifying glass” icon.
   
   
   
   
4. This will take you to our Lead Finder tool, which gives you the ability to identify new prospects and immediately pursue them as potential sales opportunities.

Note: Type in the Keyword you want to search for leads based on (Example: Hospitals in New York).

You will be able to view company details by just tapping on a pin or sliding the bottom bar to the top for a list view, as well as selecting multiple records. To learn more about Lead Finder please visit our Lead Finder Overview page.

Drop a pin

This function allows you to drop a pin anywhere on the Map. While viewing a specific location, you can select drop a pin to create a Company or Person record at that location.

To use Drop a pin:

1. Tap the “Map” icon on the bottom navigation bar to open the Map view.
2. Tap on the wrench icon located at the right bottom.
3. Tap on the “Pin” icon.
   
   
   
   
4. Select the type of record you want to create.
   
   
   
   
5. Drop the Pin at the desired location.
   
   
6. Tap on "Create a new company" and add the record details
