The route builder allows you to convert a day or week’s activities into a Route straight from the Planner.
Using Map My Customers, you can easily create, share, and edit optimized Routes for Companies or People. To begin creating a Route from Planner activities:
- Tap on “Activities” via the main navigation menu
- Tap on the routing icon in the bottom left corner of the screen
- Choose to create a Route for the following date options:

- Today’s activities
- Tomorrow’s activities
- This week’s activities
- Next week’s activities
- Custom time range
4. Tap “Next”
5. Select if you want to build a Route from your Activities associated with Companies or People and hit the Next button at the bottom of the screen to proceed

6. Select which Activity types you want to include in your route (EX: If you would like to include Visits and Meetings but exclude any Call Activity Types) and tap “Next" to proceed
7. If you have any activities without associated Companies or People, you will see a message letting you know the Activities that need a record association
8. Tap into the activity to add a Company or Person if you want to include that activity in the Route and select "Next"
9. You will be directed into the "Build New Route" page to fill out details about your Route such as starting and ending location, Start Date and Time, Route Type and Time per stop.
10. To finalize the creation of the Route - select "Build New Route"
