To find Leads:
- Navigate to the Lead Finder tool through one of the 5 access points mentioned in the Overview article
- The Lead Finder search page will appear prompting you to fill in a Search Term, Radius of the search and the Location around which to search

Enter a keyword or phrase into the search bar to tailor your search to prospects of interest
- EX: Manufacturers or Cardiologists
- EX: Manufacturers or Cardiologists

Select the location where you would like to search for leads whether that is your
- My current map view - To search around the area of the Map you most recently zoomed into
- My location - To search around your current physical location
- A specific company or person - To search around a specified Company or Person that currently exists within your MMC database
- A specific address - To search around a specific location (City, Postal Code, or State)
- Select blue "Search for Leads" button at the bottom of the screen to run your search
Note: Data populated by the Lead Finder tool will layer on top of existing MMC data. Use the entity toggles under the search bar to show or hide existing MMC records as needed. Lead Finder will use existing data Names and Addresses to populate the map with new leads.
Leads will be represented by the white cloud bubbles with the plus sign. Existing data will appear with the standard pin shapes / colors as determined by your configurations
To change your search location for Lead Generation:
When a search is run, a banner will appear along the bottom of the screen indicating where the search is looking for leads. Click on the banner to update the search term, radius or location to as described above:
To save Lead Finder searches:
Saved searches will allow you to save up to 10 keywords that can be quickly applied when using the Lead Finder tool. To save a search:
- Run a keyword search as described in the above directions
- When the map populates with suggested leads, click the Save icon in the search bar and confirm that you would like to save this keyword

To use Saved keywords, navigate to the Lead Finder tool. Select the “Open saved Lead Finder searches” banner
- From the list, select the saved keyword you would like to apply to the Lead Finder search
Note: To remove a keyword from your saved searches, select the remove icon to the right of the keyword you would like to delete
